Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, as used or opened intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write the provided Return Authorization number on the exterior of the package.

  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our distribution centre using a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
